Hi, I’m Nils · Shadow operating for creators

The quiet workbehind a real launch.

Most creators have the audience, just not a way to sell to it. I build that part, quietly, in the background: the product, the launch and the systems behind it. You stay the face.

What goes into a build: Audience research, Offer design, Guides & workbooks, Planners & trackers, Checklist packs, Sales page, Checkout & delivery, Launch sequence

The gap

Trust and attention don’t turn into income on their own.

Ever wonder why creators with real audiences still make almost nothing from them? It’s rarely the content. It’s that nobody ever shaped the trust into something people can buy.

The short version

The trust is already there. The system to sell to it isn’t.

01

Your audience trusts you.

They save your posts, come back for more and reply to your stories. That trust took years to build, and it’s the hardest part. You already have it.

02

The questions keep coming.

The same ones, in comments and DMs, every week. That isn’t noise. It’s people telling you exactly what they’d pay to have solved.

03

The product never gets built.

Turning that into something sellable is a second job: the product, the page, the checkout, the launch. On top of creating, it rarely happens.

How it works

Two roles. One outcome.

Each side does what it’s best at. You don’t learn a new skill or run a new platform. You bring what you already have.

You bring

The audience and the trust.

  • The audience
  • The trust you’ve earned
  • The expertise
  • Your voice, on everything

I bring

The product and the execution.

  • The product
  • The launch
  • The systems behind it
  • The work, start to finish

Together

A product your audience actually buys.

  • Built for your audience only
  • Launched under your name
  • Revenue split as agreed
  • No course, no template

The process

Five steps, and how little each one asks of you.

Every partnership runs the same way. The right-hand side is your part. It’s meant to be the short one.

  1. 01

    Conversation

We talk about your audience and what you teach. I tell you honestly whether I think there’s a product in it, and if there isn’t, I say so.

    Your partOne conversation

  2. 02

    Understanding

Before anything is built, I study your content, your tone and the questions your audience keeps asking. The product starts from their words, not mine.

Your partShare what people ask you

  3. 03

    Build

The product, shaped around how your audience talks: the problem, the steps, the bonus. Plus the page, the checkout and the delivery behind it.

    Your partReview drafts, give feedback

  4. 04

    Launch

Not one announcement post. A story-first launch over about two weeks: warm the audience up, give real value, then open the cart.

Your partShow up for your audience

  5. 05

    Keep going

What sold, what didn’t, what comes next. A first launch is the start of the partnership, not the end of it.

Studio builds

Proof before promises.

There’s no client launch to show yet, so here’s the next best thing: two flagship builds, made as if a creator in each space were handing them straight to their audience. Narrow, finished, useful the same day.

01

The product

Narrow and immediately useful. A guide, a planner, a checklist pack, whatever fits the topic, built so it looks like it took a week.

02

The launch

The plan and the sequence: what goes out, when and why, so the audience is ready before the cart opens.

03

The systems

Sales page, checkout and delivery. The parts the audience never notices, because they simply work.

Who it’s for

Built for creators who teach something real.

A strong fit

  • An audience that trusts you. Engagement matters more than follower count.
  • Educational content: people learn something from you.
  • No product yet, or one that no longer fits your audience.
  • You’d rather keep creating than run a business on the side.

Not the right fit

  • Meme or pure motivation pages.
  • You want a fixed-fee freelancer for a one-off job.
  • You won’t show up for your own launch.

Spaces I know from the inside

And other spaces where real knowledge genuinely helps people.

Garage & home gyms

The gym is my thing. I can tell a strong product in this space from a filler PDF straight away.

Motorcycles & new riders

I ride myself, so the questions first-season riders ask are ones I’ve asked too.

The terms

The terms, in plain words.

If you’re reading this, I probably sent you here.

I build the product, the launch and the systems behind it. You stay the face of all of it.

I’m paid from what the product earns: a revenue share we agree in writing before any work starts. There’s no upfront fee and no retainer.

Nothing goes out under your name without your yes. It’s your audience, and it stays yours.

If the product doesn’t sell, neither of us is paid. That’s exactly why I only take on builds I genuinely believe in.

And you won’t find made-up numbers anywhere on this page. Results appear here when a creator agrees to share them.

About

Hi, I’m Nils.

I live in Hareid, a small place on an island off the west coast of Norway. When I’m not working, I’m in the gym, out on my motorcycle, or with the people closest to me.

What I do for creators is simple to say. I build the part of the business their audience never sees, so the trust they’ve earned turns into something real.

I’d rather show than tell, so the first thing I send a creator is something made for their audience, not a pitch.
